How do I upgrade from an earlier version of SILKYPIX to the newest version?

Yes, you can. Please see the Mirye Software online store for upgrade options. You may be entitled to an upgrade if you purchased SILKYPIX software by itself or got it with your digital camera. In the store, you will find a field for entering your previous serial number. Please copy-paste your previous serial number into that field.

After we receive your order, we have to validate your previous serial number. This may take up to 24 business hours.

If the previous serial number validates, then the order will be processed.

If the previous serial number does not validate, support staff will send an email to your provided email address.
