The Partial Correction Tool lets you add regions of correction over your photo in a non-destructive way.

You do not have to apply corrections to an entire photo. Instead, you can create non-destructive, shaped regions that apply corrections only within those correction areas. Within the area, you can adjust hue, saturation, lightness, contrast and white balance. The Partial Correction Tool was first introduced in SILKYPIX 7 with additional tools and enhancements added in subsequently released versions.
