The download of the upgrade keeps stopping before the file is fully downloaded. I've tried many times to download the ZIP for Windows and it just stops before finishing. If you click on the ZIP file it says it is not valid. The file size is less that the size that shows on the download web site.

Hi Frank,

The Windows archive is actually a combined archive of both the 32 and 64 bit versions. I have uploaded separate ZIP archives for 32 and 64 bit versions to the Shade 14.1.1 Download Page. Can you give that a try and let us know if it works?

The download problem remains even with the Windows upgrade split into two separate files.
I have tried downloading each of the 32 and 64 bit versions two times. The 64 bit version aborted @ around 85 megabytes both times, and the 32 bit version aborted @ 123 megs the 1st time and 64 megs the second time.
There is no warning given or other indication of what causes the DL to abort. It simply stops as if it has completed. Then, when you look at the ZIP file it shows the size is not what it should be and if you double click on the ZIP file the message box says it is not a valid file.
The other thing I've noticed with this issue is the download speeds are very slow to begin with, especially by today's broadband standards. Like around 5 minutes for 10 megs of data transfer - very untypical.

Hi Frank,

I did a few test downloads yesterday with the 32 and 64 bit versions and they downloaded fine. Another user was also having a problem with the larger file download, and he confirmed to to us last night that he was able to download the new files successfully. Because its testing right, I think its likely going to be a problem on your service. But we have a couple of alternatives. If you haven't already, log in to the site, then click the "Support" link in the footer and submit a ticket, and we can try a few alternatives.

Ive pulled the combined installer download for Windows, but you can download the 32 and 64 bit versions individually.
