So what do you do if you are a customer and you are getting a blocked message?
The first thing to do is take a deep breath and be patient. If you had too many failed logins, the block is temporary. Try again in a few hours or so, and you'll probably be able to log back in.
If its an urgent matter, there are two other options:
- Contact us by way of Facebook. Go to the Mirye Software web page and message us there. Do not post to the page anything that is private, such as serial numbers, passwords or the like.
Give us a telephone call. We can only provide you with a call back if you are located in the United States or Canada. We cannot guarantee a response outside of normal work hours, but if someone is available outside of those hours we will attempt to contact you.
