There is a paid upgrade path to Shade 9 for current Shade 8.x customers and customers who own an earlier version of Shade E. Those who upgrade to Shade 9 during its introductory period will also get a free, download only upgrade to Shade 10 E. To order an upgrade:

1. Go to Mirye Store and select the version of Shade 9 you would like to purchase
2. From that page, select the License Type
3. Select your operating system

You can upgrade from one version to the successor Shade 9 version for Shade Standard and Shade Pro. You can also upgrade from Shade Designer LE or Standard Edition to a higher level version.

Free Upgrade from Shade 9 to Shade 10 

If you purchase Shade 9 E, you are entitled to a free upgrade to Shade 10. All Shade 9 E customers will be sent a Shade 10 serial number when the Shade 10 beta is announced (all Shade 9 E customers are invited to participate in the beta). Your Shade 10 license will work with the Shade 10 beta, so you can benefit right away from using Shade 10's new features.
