Toon Santa and his helpers make regular visits to the Boot Repair Shop to ensure their boots stay warm and shiny black. The shop includes a large work room and waiting area, plus living quarters for the bootmaster and his apprentices. Easily modified. Downloadable Ice Mountain texture set also available.
